Our 100% Hemp Pulla footwear are handmade by women artisans in Himachal following a long lineage of tradition. They are a reflection of ancient knowledge translated for modern lives.
Made in 100% hemp, the soles trigger your acupressure points and every step you take improves blood flow. Moreover, the natural antibacterial properties of hemp ensure that there is minimal germ buildup which helps keep bad odour at bay.
DESIGN DETAILS
Depending on the style, it may take 15 days to a month to create and ship your garment.
If your size and style are in stock, it’ll be shipped right away.
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.
Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched at the earliest, and tracking details will be shared with you once your order is on its way.
Custom-made and pre-order pieces are delivered within 15–21 days from the date of order. Since each piece is handmade by artisans, we keep this time window to allow for careful making and finishing. We’ll dispatch your order as soon as it’s ready.
If your order hasn’t reached you within the advised timeframe, please raise a concern on the same day you receive the delivery confirmation notification from our shipping partner.
Please note: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted as business days for standard deliveries.
Our products are handmade with love, especially for you and it takes a lot of effort and multiple hands to bring you your unique piece of artistry. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
We're happy to replace your product if you've ordered the wrong size or if there's been any damage/ mistake from our end.
However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending a full refund or re-fulfilling your order.
Each case is treated uniquely and a replacement/credit note will be issued for cases that are deemed valid.
