We offer free shipping for all domestic orders.

Charges are based on the final weight and volume of the package to be delivered. 

The product you’ve ordered will be delivered to you within 15-21 days of placing the order. We will dispatch your order as soon as it’s been completed but we take this time buffer as our products are handmade by artisans who do this to help supplement their income and support their families. Once you order a product, it sets off a whole chain of events that ends with the artisan handing over the completed product to us. The artisans work in between their daily chores and we try our best to be accommodative of their lives and their real-world problems. 

In case you have not received your order within the advised time frame, we request you to raise the concern the same day of receiving the delivery confirmation notification from our delivery partners.

Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
