Can I buy these products offline/Do you have a physical store?

Yes, we’d love it if you visit us in our atelier at Himachal Pradesh and experience first-hand your favourites from our range of products. Our team there can help you with your purchase. You might also find a few hidden gems there that are not available online. The exact location of our atelier can be found in the Contact Us section. Some of our collections can also be found at the PaperBoat Collective Store in Bangalore.

Why do I need to order/pre-order?

We stand for slow fashion, we stand for a more ethical way of engaging with people. Right from our partners to the individual artisans hand making these products, our engagements are transparent, responsible and are rooted in a mutual respect for each other and the work we do. Unlike mass manufacturing, our products are not made by a machine in a factory, rather, the making of each product is done by a long chain of events that starts when you click the button and ends with you opening the package with your newest favourite inside. It is a process that involves numerous hands - each as important as the next. To ensure that the love and passion put in by each of these hands do not go unappreciated, we want to create a shift - from simply buying a cold, lifeless product to Ordering and “pre-Ordering” a unique piece of culture and design that is made specifically for you. This also helps us engage with the artisans better and ensure that the work they do creates value for them.

Why are your products expensive?

While fast fashion has made us used to a certain price range and a distorted perception of value, we believe in slow fashion and we work in an ethical, sustainable manner to ensure that everyone involved in the process of making the products get their due. Right from paying fair, respectable wages to our artisans to using only ethically sourced, natural materials, our frameworks and processes are set to ensure that the people working with us are able to extract the right value that makes it viable for them to continue these age-old traditions.

Are all the products handmade?

Yes, all our products are made by hand and most of our processes, unless stated otherwise, are also handdone.

How and where do you source your fabric?

We source all our fabric and yarn both locally and from trusted partners across the country.

Where is the head office of The Humane co.?

Our main office cum atelier is located in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh. If you wish to visit us, kindly check the contact us page for the details.

Are these products available Internationally?

We do not ship internationally as of now but the facility will be up and running soon.

How will I know If you have received my order?

You will receive an email on your registered email address or a message on your phone number. Additionally, when your order is being processed, our team will get in touch with you to discuss and add some final touches that will make your purchase truly yours.

How do I check my order status?

You can track your order using the tracking id sent to you by your delivery partner or whatsapp us on the number mentioned.

What if an item is out of stock?

If you really want an item that is out of stock, you can contact our team on whatsapp or write to us and we will try our best to process a custom order for you. Please note that it is subject to availability of material.

Do I have to sign up for The Humane.co to buy any product?

No, you can place your order without having to register on our website but we highly recommend you do so. We assure you that there will be no spam from our end and will only write to you for certain benefits and pre-order of our new collections.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

As of now, we accept Credit cards, debit cards and UPI Payments via Razorpay.

Can I Have The Product Gift Wrapped?

Once your order is placed, our team will get in touch with you and any specific requests you may have, like gift wrapping your order, can be relayed to them.
