RE:JOIN DOSNA HOODED CAPE
The Re:Join Hooded Cape gets its name from the “Dosna” technique of joining two pieces of woolen fabric. Traditionally found in the local Himachali Pattu fabric, this technique employs multiple joineries of unbleached and multi-colour wool with a baseball stitch.
Waste woollen swatches used on the vents add texture to the cape while repurposed angora lining inside makes for a softer feel against the skin.

WASH & CARE OF NATURAL MATERIALS
It’s great that you’ve chosen a product made from 100% natural materials.
Here are a few things you should know about taking caring of these new favourites.
HANDWASH OR PROFESSIONAL DRY CLEAN ONLY.
While hand washing, soak garment for 10 mins in normal water (30˚C)
and use a mild detergent only if necessary.
Rinse thoroughly in lukewarm water followed by cold water rinsing.
Allow the garment to air dry, away from direct sunlight.
Always flat dry wool sweaters or other knitwear.
Never use bleach and avoid using excessive softeners & conditioners.
Iron at moderate temperature.
To reduce pilling, always turn the garment inside out while laundering
and use only as many chemical products as necessary. If too many pills form,
you can remove them by hand with a pilling comb or small battery-operated pill & lint remover.
The dyes we use are either all-natural dyes or non-toxic azo-free dyes that cause no harm to the environment or to you. All our garments are small-batch dyed with carefully selected shades. This results in pieces that are unique and one-of-a-kind.
Colour bleeding is normal in naturally dyed garments for the first few washes.
The colour will then stabilize and this fading/bleeding will result in a graceful shade of your garment that gets better with the passage of time.
