We offer free shipping for all domestic orders.

The product you’ve ordered will be delivered to you within 15-21 days of placing the order. We will dispatch your order as soon as it’s been completed but we take this time buffer as our products are handmade by artisans who do this to help supplement their income and support their families.

In case you have not received your order within the advised time frame, we request you to raise the concern the same day of receiving the delivery confirmation notification from our delivery partners.

Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.

Our products are handmade with love, especially for you and it takes a lot of effort and multiple hands to bring you your unique piece of artistry.  As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

We're happy to replace your product if you've ordered the wrong size or if there's been any damage/ mistake from our end.

However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending a full refund or re-fulfilling your order.

Each case is treated uniquely and a replacement/credit note will be issued for cases that are deemed valid.
